Summer 2014 Child Health Research Internship

The application deadline has closed.
Students selected for the summer program will be notified by March 14, 2014.

All applicants are required to submit this online application to include:

  • basic information
  • statement of previous research experience or involvement in extracurricular activities (500 words max) and;
  • statement of future career goals (500 words max)

as well as letter(s) of reference (uploaded via the reference letter upload form located at http://research.childrenscolorado.org/forms/lor).  At least 1 letter of reference is required, 2+ is highly encouraged.

Please note:
The Child Health Research Internship is a highly competitive program.  In 2013, the unweighted average GPA of program participants was 3.80 and represented 5 high schools, 12 universities and medical schools across the United States.

The Research Internship Program runs from Monday, June 2, 2014 through Friday, August 1, 2014. Our preference is that you would be available for the entire 9 weeks of the program. However, if you unavailable for any portion of the program, please let us know the unavailable dates and any additional information you wish to include.
